7. Money Back.

www.perfectwealthformula.com offers a six (6) day money back, satisfaction guaranteed refund policy. Refund request must be received within 6 days of enrollment date and requested by submitting a help desk ticket at www.perfectwealthformula.com/helpdesk and by contacting your sponsoring affiliate by email and/or phone. Fees paid that are refundable include: $400 or $1000 Perfect Wealth Formula Product Purchase refundable from your sponsoring affiliate, $100.00 or $200 Qualifying Sponsor Bonus.  $197.00 or $497 Administration Set-Up Fee + $14.95 processing fee  is not refundable. Note: Affiliate gives up the right to exercise their 6 day refund if within the Affiliates first 6 days they complete minimum (1) $697.00 or (1) $1697.00 Retail Sale of Perfect Wealth Formula Products and have received a $400 or $1000 Commission.

All Qualified Affiliates must honor and adhere to www.perfectwealthformula.com's 6-Day refund policy. We understand that our refund policy is generous and unique in our industry but it is critical for us as a company and marketing team to maintain integrity in the marketplace in order to secure longevity. Any Affiliate that wishes to not refund a new Affiliate will be suspended until www.perfectwealthformula.com receives notification of refund completed. 8. Discounting.

9. Sponsoring Affiliate Switching.

Perfectwealthformula.com has been created and provides the ability for any person to create their own success while not relying on their sponsor. Testimonials shared on this site are from product owners who have created their own success as a result of using and applying the perfectwealthformula.com product.

If you choose to move or change to a different sponsoring affiliate you will need to pay any and all fees associated with signing up as a new direct affiliate to the new sponsor. These fees may include but are not limited to the hosting fee, any sales requirements or product purchases and admin fees.

There is absolutely no sponsor switching allowed except in extreme circumstances and at the sole descretion of the PerfectWealthFormula.com management. No discussion will be entered into regarding this.

10. Affiliates.

Affiliates may voluntarily cancel this Agreement and their Affiliate Distributorship at any time by mailing written notice via Independent mail, return receipt requested, to the Company's corporate offices, the address of which shall be provided to said Affiliate solely for such purposes upon demand. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate an Affiliate at any time based upon illegal or unethical business practices of the Affiliate as so deemed solely by www.perfectwealthformula.com.

There are no investments ever required to participate in www.perfectwealthformula.com affiliate program. An optional administration subscription Fee of $14.97 per month which covers the cost of your self replicated websites, hosting, bandwidth and support (within reason). If purchased, the monthly administration subscription Fee is not refundable.

I understand that www.perfectwealthformula.com Affiliates shall under no circumstances solicit, promote or market any other product, service or business opportunity, directly or indirectly to any other www.perfectwealthformula.com Affiliates past their first level unless having a prior approval in writing from www.perfectwealthformula.com.

I will not make false or misleading statements about www.perfectwealthformula.com affiliates or the www.perfectwealthformula.com Affiliate Services, Benefits, or Compensation Plans. Display of earnings statements and the making of income projections to prospective www.perfectwealthformula.com Affiliates are strictly forbidden.

The Affiliate understands and agrees that, in order to receive an income under the www.perfectwealthformula.com compensation plan, he/she must make sales, sponsor Affiliates in the company and help them make retail sales (as outlined on the Company Website) upon which income is based. Affiliates are not qualified to; derive income until they have personally sold to the required number of individuals who purchase product.

I am of legal age to enter into binding agreements in the state or province or country in which I reside.

11. Viable Program.
